Josef Obermeier President/CEO
Mr. Obermeier has been Technical Advisor for RAI since 2001. Mr. Obermeier has had a successful career in the electronic industry. He graduated in Munich, Germany at the GBS, Technical School and has a degree Electrical Engineering. He worked in Germany as a project manager for a company building TV studios.

He immigrated in 1979 to the US and until 1988, worked as an IT manager and purchasing manager at California based Soltec Inc., an electronic test equipment company, and from 1988 until 1993 as General Manager for Sim-Trade Co., a computer peripheral company. In 1993 he founded what is now a successful computer consulting company. Mr. Obermeier brings to RAI a wealth of knowledge and diverse expertise in the industry.

Keith Field Chairman
As Chairman of the Mundus Group since June of 2006 and Sr. Vice President of Marketing for Roadable Aircraft Int. (RAI) a subsidiary, he has been involved in the VTOL aerospace technologies project since 1997 as project development coordinator and has co-developed the current UAV VTOL military and civilian applications including the concept of Pedestrian Proximity. 

As coordinator for the US Navy CRADA Cooperative Research and Development Agreement from 2000-2004, Mr. Field worked with Tom Hanson RAI VTOL design engineer and VTOL guru, Mike Sullivan, RAI’s NAVY CRADA & DARPA coordinator, and Dave Kalmbaugh, Chief Navy Patent officer at Pt Mugu. Mr. Field helped build the prototype 3 UAV and witnessed several RAI prototype pre flight and tethered flights, built a 2 foot scale static model for wind tunnel tests, and worked with Navy patent attorneys and engineers to secure RAI’ first patent for a VTOL flying car configuration.  In high tech marketing and sales for over 25 years as a manager for ITT 1993-96 and consultant for AT&T 1991-93, Mr. Field majored in Architectural Engineering and received honors from Illinois Institute of Technology. Mr. Field attended Drake University, Iowa where he majored in Business/Psychology.  Mr. Field attended Loyola University’s Pre-Medical school Chicago and majored in Bio/Psychology, studied Computer Science at Roosevelt University, Chicago.

Debbie Kaufman
CFO has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Secretary since May 2006.  Before joining the Company, Ms. Kaufman ran her own Management and Accounting Consulting practice beginning in 2004.  From August 2003 until May 2004, Ms. Kaufman worked in finance for Burton Washburn.  From 1996 until 2003, she served as CFO in healthcare and real estate for Lourdes Medical Pavilion.  Ms. Kauffman obtained a Certified Public Accountant’s license in the state of Tennessee in 1995 and in Kentucky in 1996.  Ms. Kaufman graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a BBA in 1993.

Michael Boehm Design Engineer
Mr. Boehm Joined Mundus Group, Inc. in March of 2001. Mr. Boehm has worked in the design engineering and prototype industry since 2000 with his own product design and development company Boehm Engineering, providing turnkey concept to manufacturing solutions.

Mr. Boehm brings a wealth of experience including Industrial and Mechanical Design, Graphic Design, Engineering, 3 and 5-Axis CNC Machining, and several formats of Rapid Prototyping.  Mr. Boehm has extensive design, prototyping, and manufacturing experience along with international business experience.
