July 23, 2009 Mundus Group, Inc.announced it is targeting acquisitions in CNC Machine Business and Composite Design and Fabrication. The Mundus Group, Inc. (MNDP.PK) today announced that it is looking at acquisition targets in CNC machine business and composite fabrication industries to complement its acquisition of AirStar and facilitate it’s ambitious plans to develop AirStar’s aerial innovations into lucrative niche industries. Josef Obermeier points out, "These acquisition targets will bring further synergy to the Mundus Group and will allow us to keep the manufacturing of aerospace steel and aluminum parts as well as the composite carbon fiber ducted fan under our immediate production controls. It is important that we are able to focus our 3D design engineering programs on parts that we can prototype quickly and make immediate changes to a specific part’s tolerance if necessary. The CNC and composite businesses that we are looking at have specific aerospace manufacturing capabilities with strong management and financials."
